Danbury Neighbourhood Plan - ​Examination

​The recent Regulation 16 Consultation is closed and Chelmsford City Council have appointed an Independent Examiner to examine the Danbury Neighbourhood Plan. The Examiner is Andrew Freeman BSc (Hons) DipTP DipEM FRTPI.

They have sent all the submission documents and comments received to the Regulation 16 Consultation to the Examiner, The Examiner's report is dated 26th September 2024.

Chelmsford City Council have confirmed that the Danbury Neighbourhood Plan will proceed to a local Referendum within the Neighbourhood Area.
