Draft Minutes of Steering Group Meeting Monday 29th July at 2 pm
The draft minutes of the extraordinary meeting of the Danbury Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group held on 29th July at 2 pm in the Danbury Parish Council Office are available to read HERE.
Danbury Annual Parish Meeting - 20th May 2019
Steering Group members were available to discuss the progress of the Plan and the work still required.
Sue Dobson, Chair of the Steering Group addressed residents and the text of her speech can be read HERE.
Our 2nd Questionnaire - Full Report now available
The Steering Group commissioned QA Research to undertake this survey. Their report is available to read and download HERE.
996 questionnaires were returned which have now been analysed.
Our Exhibition in The Old Pavilion on 7th & 8th December was very successful.
Among the visitors were Essex County Councillor John Spence and the Mayor of Chelmsford.
We had steady a stream of visitors throughout both days and members of the Steering Group were available to answer questions.
The display is available to read and download HERE. Please tell your friends and neighbours who perhaps did not manage to visit the Exhibition.

The Project Plan is currently being revised. The key milestones can be viewed HERE. Estimated timescales will be added once the revised Plan has been updated.

- Complete the assessment of each site
- Appraise the views of residents via the results of the Questionnaire
- From 1 & 2 determine the sites which best meet the needs and wishes of the village.
Communications Group to:
- Encourage residents, businesses and others (stakeholders) with an interest to participate at all stages so that the Plan is informed by the views of stakeholders
- Prepare all communications so that stakeholders are kept fully informed of the progress in the preparation of the Plan.
